You can choose between different solutions, from two-room to four-room apartments. It’s possible to have more space just choosing our villa adjacent to the main structure and consisting of 3 independent units with garden and covered terrace.
Our newly built apartments have been furnished with care and love. They all are air-conditioned, with at least one bathroom with shower and washing machine. The kitchen-diner has the necessary equipment, and you can also have your lunch in the large covered verandas, overlooking the sea or the hills, enjoying the unique panorama.
Definitely we are sure that our houses, with their different types, will satisfy every need and allow you to have a comfortable and carefree stay.

Our family from several generations spend their holidays and leisure time in Villafranca Tirrena, in the province of Messina (Sicily). Our terrace is overlooking the sea, with a wonderful view that goes from Capo Milazzo to all the Aeolian Islands.
Villa Meo was designed and built to offer guests emotions, the emotions of the sea of Villafranca Tirrena, the emotions of that landscape that changes from hour to hour, extremely sensitive to any variation of the weather, the position of the sun and the intensity of the wind.

The location of Villa Meo is perfect. Those who want to relax at the beach can find it just few steps away: just cross the road and you can dive into the warm waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea.
The area is served by several supermarkets, easily reached on foot (the nearest is 50 meters). Who wants or needs to move by car will find that our position is perfect, as you can reach the motorway junction in 2 minutes (towards Palermo or Catania).
The car can be parked outside the property on the municipal waterfront.
The Aeolians Islands are connected with ferryboats and hydrofoils service departing from Milazzo (which is 23 Km away) but is easily reachable by the motorway. Taormina is just 40 minutes away by car.
